Thursday Mar 27, 2025
Ah, to be young again! But is that to be young again in bygone days or would that be to be young again growing up in this day and age? Every generation faces its own challenges and obstacles - though we may try to understand it, only those maturing in it can ultimately describe navigating their way through the modern era.
Finding worldly knowledge and inspiration then turning it into tangible action has been a lifelong passion of my guest. Christina Wenman is an author, podcast host, and burgeoning documentarian exploring life as a Zoomer in an era fraught with digital trappings. She will be our guide today as both a participant and observer of her generation’s journey of self-discovery.

Deborah Heiser: Mentorship Demystified
Wednesday Mar 19, 2025
Wednesday Mar 19, 2025
Mentorship is traditionally imagined as wise sages imparting wisdom from on high to eagerly engaged young disciples. But in the modern era, this perception needs to be demystified and redefined.
As an Applied Developmental Psychologist, Dr. Deborah Heiser began researching the positive mental outcomes of aging. This work led her to the revelation that giving back is the ultimate means to achieve life fulfillment. With this understanding, she went on to found The Mentor Project which provided her with the insights to author the book “The Mentorship Edge.”
Today she will discuss how hierarchical mentorship, while still relevant, is no more meaningful than lateral mentorship; why it is equally important for the old to learn from the young; and how the mentor/mentee relationship needs to be organic for best results.
Tune in to find out why “Ok Boomer” signaled the demise of ageist sagacity...

Dana Harvey: Are You Experienced?
Thursday Feb 06, 2025
Thursday Feb 06, 2025
There is a lot of talk about psychedelic healing and the power of psilocybin (magic mushrooms) to help overcome a myriad of mental and personality issues. At the same time, there are a lot of questions about finding knowledgeable and experienced practitioners in this field.
To misquote the great Jimi Hendrix, “Are you experienced? Or have you ever been experienced? Well, my guest has.”
Dana Harvey previously spent over three decades working in high-level corporate communications and investor relations before finding her true calling to become a facilitator of psychedelic-based healing. She is the founder of The Flourish Academy where she works to provide evidence-based education and guidance to help break the stigma surrounding microdosing therapy.
